Overview

The Facility Technician role involves performing diverse duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at the Mesa location. This position requires a base comprehension of English for effective communication and understanding of work-related documents.

Responsibilities

  • Represent yourself and the company culture positively.

  • Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
  • Execute mechanical tasks requiring various troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Perform building and grounds maintenance for safety and functionality.
  • Coordinate with contractors and manage onsite work.
  • Read and interpret equipment documents and internal work orders.
  • Diagnose problems and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
  • Detect faulty operations and report safety risks.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurring issues.
  • Adhere to safety policies and raise concerns as needed.
  • Maintain a clean work area to 5S standards.
  • Assist in other departments as business needs change.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with peers and leadership.
  • Work independently and efficiently without supervision.
  • Meet or exceed company expectations in assigned tasks.
  • Show improvement in specified duties if further training is needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a short English comprehension test.
  • Skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
  • Experience in installing and maintaining production and facility equipment.

Additional Information

  • On-site, full-time position.
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 06:00AM-02:30PM.
  • Location: Mesa facilities at/near 4712 S Ellsworth Road, Mesa, AZ 85212.
