Overview

The Maintenance Technician role involves performing diverse duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at the Mesa location. The position requires a strong understanding of English for effective communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Represent yourself and the company culture positively.

  • Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
  • Execute mechanical tasks requiring troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance repairs during machine outages.
  • Provide emergency repairs of production equipment.
  • Maintain the safety and functionality of facilities.
  • Coordinate with contractors and manage onsite work.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and internal work orders.
  • Diagnose problems and make necessary adjustments.
  • Use hand and power tools and material handling equipment.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurring issues.
  • Adhere to safety policies and report concerns.
  • Maintain a clean work area to 5S standards.
  • Assist in other departments as business needs change.
  • Communicate clearly with peers and leadership.
  • Work independently and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass an English comprehension test at CEFR A1 level.
  • Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in performing maintenance on production and facility equipment.

Additional Information

  • On-site, full-time position.
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 06:00AM-02:30PM, with potential for additional hours.
  • Location: Mesa facilities at/near 4712 South Ellsworth Road, Mesa, AZ 85212.
