Exelon is leading the energy transformation and is seeking a General Facilities Mechanic to ensure safety standards are met while operating, installing, and maintaining building systems. Responsibilities

  • Analyze problems with equipment and make repairs and tests for correct results.
  • Work various shifts as determined by the work schedule.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in operation, repair, and maintenance of building structures and systems.
  • Effective communication skills with supervision, peers, and clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability for emergency response callouts.
  • Knowledge of CMMS such as Maximo is desirable.
  • Valid Driver's license with ability to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol tests, background checks, and physicals.
