Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for the 1st shift to join their unionized manufacturing team, performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of production and utility equipment. This hands-on role involves working with robotics, automated systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and advanced electromechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing machinery and automated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams/schematics.
  • Ensure safety compliance and promote safe work practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in industrial or electromechanical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Skilled with PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Proficiency with maintenance software (CMMS) and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant technical degree, certification, or license preferred.

  • Proficiency in Spanish a plus
