Overview

Join us as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in our Blue Anchor, NJ plant. You'll collaborate with our team to keep our plant running smoothly, and continuously improve our machinery and maintenance department.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Manage machine performance by doing equipment set-up and change-overs.
  • Understand, follow and enforce all established guidelines to ensure compliance with safety, health, quality and company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and complete repetitive tasks throughout the day.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Additional Information

  • Openings available on day and night shift teams.
  • New hires have one year from their hire date to obtain license from the State of NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
