Overview

A-OX Welding Supply is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join their Sioux Falls, SD team as a Fill Plant Technician. This full-time position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to grow skills in a stable, in-demand industry.

Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial equipment to fill compressed gas cylinders
  • Inspect cylinders for defects and ensure proper labeling
  • Maintain accurate records of cylinder fillings
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements

  • High school diploma is preferred but not required
  • At least one year of experience in a cylinder fill plant, production facility, or similar industrial environment is preferred
  • Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets
  • Solid math skills; add, subtract, multiply, divide and compute ratios and percentages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • General work hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, may be as early as 6am depending on position
  • Guaranteed 40 hour work weeks, overtime may be offered
