Overview

Sunbelt Rentals is a leading equipment rental company in North America, seeking a Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on a variety of equipment in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Conduct advanced diagnostics and make complex repairs.
  • Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment.
  • Ensure safety and effectiveness to avoid downtime.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Some trade school or equivalent training desired.
  • 5+ years of mechanic experience with diesel or heavy equipment preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Ability to provide mechanic’s tools of the trade.
