Job Description
Overview
This position is for a Maintenance Mechanic at Custom Building Products, a leader in the tile and flooring installation systems industry for over 50 years. The role focuses on maintaining highly automated equipment and requires strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Requirements
- At least two years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Competencies in mechanical/electrical maintenance
- Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting and industrial controls
- Experience with HMI and pneumatics
- Ability to work assigned hours, including overtime
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to read, write, and understand instructions, warnings, and labels in English
- Computer literate and able to use all MS Office programs
- Safety-first mindset and a skilled, dependable, hard-working team player
- Must have own tools
