This is not a normal technician job

We want builders. People who take pride in clean work. People who can move fast without being sloppy. People who can follow the plan, but also speak up when something looks wrong. People who are willing to sweep the floor, build a fixture, wire a harness, organize parts, prep an aircraft, and go to the field when needed. You will work side by side with engineers and a small team building aircraft that actually fly. You will see your work go from factory floor to flight test. We move fast. We go to Mojave early. We test in the field. We expect ownership, urgency, and quality.

No tourists. No bystanders. Only builders.
