Overview

True Anomaly is seeking talented individuals to join their mission of building technology for space superiority. As a Structures Technician, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication, assembly, and integration of advanced aerospace structures for next-generation spacecraft.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, fit, and install precision structural and mechanical components for spacecraft and space systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate mechanical structures into space vehicles.
• Perform precision drilling operations to specified tolerances and ensure proper hole alignment and cleanliness.
• Install rivets, bolts, and other structural fasteners with precision, verifying correct torque specifications.

Requirements

• Tech degree or certification in a relevant field.
• Years of experience in spacecraft or space products assembly in line with technician level.
• Demonstrated excellence in structural and mechanical assembly and integration.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, schematics, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Experience with electrostatic discharge sensitive, foreign object and debris critical, and cleanroom operations.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25lbs and work in and around constrained and confined spaces.

Additional Information
