Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic devices by soldering, testing, encapsulating, packing, and operating machinery.
- Follow detailed work instructions and visual aids.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 quality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent manual dexterity and precision finger manipulation.
- Flexible to work on a variety of jobs requiring quick and continuous learning.
- Proven ability to be accurate and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to read and interpret detailed work instructions.
- Ability to stand continuously for up to 4 hours.
- Must be mature and self-motivated.
- Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a drug screen, physical examination, and background checks.
