Overview

Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company that has grown from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company known for its luxury wineries and iconic beverage brands. The Maintenance Technician will perform diverse duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all Plant and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure equipment meets safety standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Plan and execute predictive/preventative maintenance efforts.
  • Perform root-cause problem solving for equipment repairs.
  • Participate in special projects on equipment upgrades or installations.
  • Utilize fabrication skills such as cutting and welding.
  • Read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Complete PM's/work order paperwork before leaving the plant.
  • Communicate important information to incoming shifts.
  • Collaborate with peers to transfer technical knowledge.
  • Provide training to production staff on equipment operation.
  • Work with leadership on continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or certification in a technical field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing.
  • Experience in beverage or packaging preferred.
  • Safe use of various hand and power tools, welders, and industrial shop equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and repair various electrical systems.
  • Forklift experience a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, email, and CMMS.

Additional Information

  • This position is exposed to occupational hazards.
  • Subject to extreme heat/cold temperatures.
  • Must have sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Identified as a safety sensitive position within Arizona.
