Overview

The Window Installer position in Mesa involves leading a team in window installation while adhering to safety guidelines and improving communication in the field. Candidates should be willing to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Listen and advance as a leader.

Requirements

• General home construction experience is a plus.
• Window installation experience is a plus.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior knowledge of general construction or window and door applications is desirable but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required.
• Good public relations, public speaking, and customer service skills are necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as product specifications and warranty manuals.
• Must be a team player with a strong desire to learn.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
