Overview

We’re seeking an experienced MIG Welder with strong leadership skills to help lead our welding department at Automated Conveyor Systems, Inc. This position involves organizing workflow, assigning tasks, ensuring quality standards, and performing MIG welding on various fabricated conveyor components.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the welding department and organize workflow.
  • Assign tasks to team members.
  • Ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform MIG welding on frames, pulleys, rollers, and other components.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Ability to read basic welding blueprints.
  • Proficient with jigs and fixtures.
  • Reliable, positive, willing to learn and teach.
  • Must pass weld test, drug screen, and background check.
