Overview

Automated Conveyor Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced MIG Welder with strong leadership skills to lead their welding department in West Memphis, AR. The role involves organizing workflow, assigning tasks, ensuring quality standards, and performing MIG welding on various conveyor components.

Responsibilities

  • Organize workflow within the welding department.
  • Assign tasks to team members.
  • Ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform MIG welding on frames, pulleys, rollers, and other fabricated components.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Excellent MIG welding skills.
  • Ability to read basic welding blueprints.
  • Accurate tape-measure skills (down to 1/32').
  • Proficient with jigs and fixtures.
  • Reliable, positive, willing to learn and teach.
  • Must pass weld test, drug screen, and background check.
