Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Specialist to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment, ensuring operations run at peak performance.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and rebuild mechanical equipment and components.
  • Perform precision machining, fitting, fabrication, and component modifications.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and determine effective repair solutions.
  • Perform complete equipment disassembly, inspection, repair, alignment, reassembly, and testing.
  • Fabricate replacement parts and modify existing equipment when needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, measurements, and completed work.
  • Assist with equipment installation, alignment, commissioning, and startup activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Maintain tools, machinery, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
