Overview

JSMM INC. is seeking a Skilled Construction Technician to lead residential and commercial field repairs. This full-time position offers a salary of $35 per hour and requires travel to various job sites, emphasizing high-quality craftsmanship in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-end finish carpentry and light structural carpentry.
  • Install and finish drywall with precision.
  • Perform professional-grade painting and staining.
  • Resolve minor electrical and plumbing issues.
  • Complete diverse general handyman tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized mobile workspace.
  • Collaborate with project managers on material needs and project timelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in general construction, remodeling, or property maintenance.
  • Proven proficiency in drywall hanging/finishing and finish carpentry.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
  • Ability to travel frequently to different job sites.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
