Job Description
Overview
JSMM INC. is seeking a Skilled Construction Technician to lead residential and commercial field repairs. This full-time position offers a salary of $35 per hour and requires travel to various job sites, emphasizing high-quality craftsmanship in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-end finish carpentry and light structural carpentry.
- Install and finish drywall with precision.
- Perform professional-grade painting and staining.
- Resolve minor electrical and plumbing issues.
- Complete diverse general handyman tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized mobile workspace.
- Collaborate with project managers on material needs and project timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general construction, remodeling, or property maintenance.
- Proven proficiency in drywall hanging/finishing and finish carpentry.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Ability to travel frequently to different job sites.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
