Overview

Polk Mechanical is a leader in mechanical construction and service, focusing on innovation and craftsmanship. The Piping Take-Off Estimator will support the Pre-Construction and Estimating team by producing accurate piping quantity take-offs to aid in competitive project estimates.

Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and detailed piping quantity take-offs.
  • Review drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
  • Deliver reliable quantity data to support estimators in meeting bid deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on piping trade experience.
  • Trade-specific blueprint reading required.
  • Ability to understand specifications and project requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to work in-office.
  • Previous estimating or take-off exposure preferred but not required.
