As an Aircraft Interior Technician, you will work on sophisticated private aircraft, performing various mechanical tasks and ensuring customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft interiors and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair damaged or worn interior components.
  • Make minor modifications to panels, seats, carpets, cabinetry, upholstery, etc.
  • Measure, cut, and fit materials such as leather, fabric, and composites for interior refurbishments.
  • Assist in aircraft detailing and cleaning.
  • Maintain and repair the shop facility, equipment, and tooling.
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills to navigate electronic training materials, manuals, and maintenance databases.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the shop and surrounding areas.
  • Work independently when required.
  • Effectively communicate in English.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by a supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience working on private aviation interiors is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal but not required.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation to get to work each day.
  • Ability to perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
