Overview

Maverick Power is a rapidly expanding company recognized for its innovative power distribution solutions. The Wiring Assembly Lead will oversee assembly tasks, ensuring quality and safety while leading a team in a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure work is performed safely and proper use of PPE is adhered to.
  • Lead by example through 5S Methodology.
  • Prepare work schedules and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Assist supervisor in setting up the production line.
  • Optimize production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
  • Identify and resolve production line problems in a timely manner.
  • Perform recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking.
  • Train and supervise new production line workers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in electrical equipment manufacturing and assembly (panelboards / switchboards preferred).
  • Experience wiring power meters and controls.
  • Experience using various tools, including manual/electric/pneumatic tools.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with wiring in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with reading wiring schematics and point to point diagrams.
  • Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in computers and office software.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Must be dependable and extremely trustworthy.
