Overview

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated provides advanced technology and high reliability for industrial growth markets. Teledyne Micropac is seeking an Assembler to perform various electronic and mechanical assembly operations, ensuring quality and precision in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Follow production drawings, procedures, and work instructions in detail.
  • Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Operate and set up Manual Wire Bonding equipment for thermosonic bonding.
  • Collaborate with teammates, quality control, and process engineers.
  • Adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Assist with training as required.
  • Perform production assembler duties as determined by Supervisor.
  • Conduct delicate hand assembly of electronic devices using solder and wire bonding techniques.
  • Inspect completed work to meet quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent manual dexterity and manufacturing knowledge.
  • Experience with small parts, hand tools, equipment, and microscope.
  • Ability to read and work from engineer drawings and work instructions.
  • Possess a solid, quality-minded work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control.
  • High School Diploma and basic computer skills.
  • A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly or production environment.
