Reworld is a leader in sustainable waste solutions, providing innovative solutions to help customers achieve carbon-negative outcomes. The Process Technician is responsible for monitoring, operating, and supporting field equipment across all plant systems to ensure reliable plant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Check, verify, and document the proper operation of plant machinery and report concerns to the supervisor.
  • Inspect and adjust equipment and operating conditions, including temperatures, pressure, and conveyor belts.
  • Maintain and support material handling systems for safe and efficient operations.
  • Take immediate action when safety hazards are identified and report them to the supervisor.
  • Follow and maintain standard safety procedures and operating procedures.
  • Assist with sampling incoming material for yield percentages and document findings.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist other plant personnel across facility operations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of safety practices, standard operating procedures, and plant systems.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow operating manuals and procedures.
  • Accurate hand-eye coordination to operate mobile equipment safely.
  • Three or more years of relevant industrial, plant, or military experience with a high school diploma, or one or more years of relevant experience with an associate degree.
  • Ability to comply with standard operating procedures to reduce injury and equipment damage.
  • Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts as assigned.
