Overview

EAM-Mosca Corp., a leader in end-of-line automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions, is seeking a Field Service Technician for the West Atlanta, GA region. The role involves providing on-site and remote support for strapping solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable service.

Responsibilities

  • Install and commission equipment to ensure reliability and high customer satisfaction.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and emergency repairs on EAM equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using systematic thinking and test equipment.
  • Work closely with Mosca Engineering to provide high-level customer service.
  • Generate service reports detailing work performed, parts used, and follow-up actions.
  • Communicate daily with area service managers to develop schedules and travel itineraries.
  • Work with urgency while remaining calm under pressure to ensure customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of field or plant equipment maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
  • Solid mechanical and electrical background.
  • Basic experience with control systems using Allen Bradley, Siemens, and B&R PLCs.
  • Electromechanical experience with conveyance systems.
  • Ability to use a multimeter and read electrical schematics.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal forms.
  • Spanish language skills preferred.
  • Corrugated industry experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
