Overview

As a Phillips 66 Midstream Engineering University New Hire, you will participate in training and developmental programs designed to provide a comprehensive roadmap for early career engineers, focusing on midstream processes and the energy industry in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in an introduction to company practices, procedures, and technical tools.
  • Engage in technical training classes and on-the-job training.
  • Learn from internal and external experts and collaborate with experienced engineers.
  • Contribute to business or economic analysis, control systems, environmental, equipment reliability and maintenance, process design, operations, and/or projects.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science/Corrosion, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field of study.
  • Valid driver's license at the time of employment.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 to Spring/Summer 2027.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
  • Previous internship with Phillips 66 or in a related industry is preferred.
  • Willing to work in any of the operating locations.

  • Job assignments will be located in Texas.
  • Driving to field sites may be required.
