Overview

At Parker Hannifin's IPF Division, the Production Lead is responsible for supporting, training, and evaluating team members in the assembly and testing of complex Reverse Osmosis systems. The company specializes in providing reliable clean water solutions using advanced technology, serving diverse sectors including commercial marine and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical knowledge, guidance, and training for the accurate assembly of complex components and systems.
  • Train team members on the testing of Reverse Osmosis systems in accordance with established procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Follow existing work instructions and assist in creating or improving work instructions.
  • Ensure work is performed accurately and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Diagnose assembly, testing, or process-related problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
  • Create and promote an empowered safe work environment by supporting safety improvements.
  • Train and evaluate team members based on job knowledge and performance.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while remaining flexible.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Accurately record and maintain all required documentation and production-related information.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, assembly required.
