Overview

This Mechanical Design Engineer position offers an opportunity to step into a technical leadership role within an industry-leading manufacturer in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. The role involves taking ownership of complex mechanical designs and progressing into a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer position while receiving extensive training and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop industrial equipment, fabricated machinery and mechanical powertrain systems.
  • Produce manufacturing drawings and perform mechanical analysis.
  • Support component selection throughout projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality mechanical solutions from concept through production.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical design background with experience using Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
  • Experience designing fabricated equipment, weldments and mechanical systems with knowledge of pneumatics and stress analysis.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
