Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform, monitor, and evaluate preventative maintenance plans while working towards improving equipment and processes. The company has been in the community for over 30 years and is recognized as one of America’s Safest Companies by EHS Today.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance for blow molding and injection molding manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted and optimal operations.
  • Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient and correct execution.
  • Repair and rebuild spare parts.
  • Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices, and procedures.
  • Expand your expertise through formal training and on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation and equipment modification projects.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer, and Airveyor is preferred.
  • Solid hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical knowledge, along with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Ability to interpret technical and operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation.
