Overview

Hydrafacial is a global category-creating company focused on innovative beauty health experiences. The Assembler II role is crucial for ensuring quality production across multiple product lines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
  • Assemble kits while maintaining quality and following manufacturing operating procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, BOMs, routers, and schematics.
  • Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy.
  • Spot and report product rejects and non-conforming items to leads.
  • Clean devices and components using approved cleaning supplies and methods.
  • Keep training certifications current across all relevant production lines.
  • Help train teammates on production lines.
  • Record production activities accurately and report defects or deviations.
  • Maintain a consistent work pace in line with standard work and takt time.
  • Suggest improvements and waste reduction opportunities.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment.
  • Work with teammates to hit daily production goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and basic diagrams in English.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Additional Information

  • On-site, production floor role requiring standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for precision assembly tasks.
  • Must wear PPE as required throughout the workday.
  • Exposure to a light manufacturing environment.
