Overview

Hydrafacial is a global category-creating company focused on innovative products and beauty health experiences. The Assembler I role is crucial for assembling treatment devices, ensuring quality and accuracy in every build.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies from components using hand and power tools.
  • Assemble kits while maintaining quality and following manufacturing operating procedures.
  • Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy.
  • Spot and report product rejects and non-conforming items to the Production Lead.
  • Keep training certifications current for all relevant production lines and stations.
  • Record production activities accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a consistent work pace in line with standard work and takt time.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment throughout the shift.
  • Participate in team improvement activities and training programs.
  • Work with teammates to hit daily production goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and basic diagrams in English.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to asking questions for clarity.
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred.

Additional Information

  • On-site, production floor role requiring standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for precision assembly tasks.
  • Exposure to a light manufacturing environment with standard noise levels.
