Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair the assigned lifts.
  • Utilize technical knowledge, skills, and abilities to optimize equipment downtime.
  • Engage around priorities to foster engagement, collaboration, and results.
  • Follow safety and risk management policies and procedures.
  • Support the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Prior mechanical or electrical experience.
  • Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver's license.
  • Ability to work efficiently at heights.
  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
  • Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Intermediate ski/snowboard ability preferred.
