Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Warminster Campus is hiring a General Maintenance Worker to perform maintenance duties and ensure a clean, healthy, and safe environment for residents. Responsibilities

  • Maintains a clean, healthy, and safe environment by performing maintenance duties as assigned.
  • Reports any environmental situation that could pose a threat to safety or well-being.
  • Carries out general maintenance duties using chemicals and cleaning agents safely.
  • Implements universal precautions during performance of assigned duties.
  • Performs minor repairs, cleaning, reconditioning, and construction using various materials.
  • Maintains, troubleshoots, evaluates, and repairs building interiors and exteriors.
  • Performs preventive maintenance as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintains walkways and roadways during winter weather conditions.
  • Completes special projects as assigned, including setup and breakdown for events.
  • Assists in maintenance of company vehicles.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic working knowledge of masonry, carpentry, building maintenance, and painting.
  • One year maintenance experience or education in two or more of the trades is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
