Job Description
Overview
This position is for a Pipefitter Foreman at a company that values care in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy. The role involves coordinating pipe fabrication and supporting production while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned production employees.
- Assign work based on production priorities and employee skill levels.
- Support fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, and production activities.
- Monitor work progress and assist with removing obstacles.
- Promote safe work practices and mentor production employees.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, or related industrial trades preferred.
Additional Information
- Travel: 0-25%.
- Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
