Overview

We are seeking an experienced Piping Foreman to lead a crew of approximately 5 to 6 Pipefitters/Welders on a large-scale semiconductor construction project in North Phoenix. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong industrial piping experience who can effectively organize a crew, maintain production schedules, and ensure work is completed safely and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a crew of approximately 5 to 6 Pipefitters/Welders
• Coordinate and organize daily piping activities and crew assignments
• Oversee installation and connection of carbon steel piping systems
• Work with piping ranging from approximately 4" to 48"
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and according to project requirements
• Monitor workmanship and maintain high quality standards
• Promote and enforce safe work practices at all times
• Help keep the crew organized and work progressing according to schedule
• Communicate project needs, progress, and potential issues effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Pipefitter experience or Journeyman-level experience
• Strong experience with high-pressure water piping systems or other liquid piping systems
• Industrial or large-scale construction piping experience strongly preferred
• Experience with carbon steel piping, welding, bolted connections, and piping installation
• At least 1 year of Team Lead, Crew Lead, or Foreman experience preferred
• Ability to lead, organize, schedule, and oversee the work of a piping crew
• Strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and accountability
• Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or UPW piping experience is highly desirable

Additional Information

• Location: North Phoenix, AZ
• Pay: $63.00 per hour
• Schedule: Approximately 50 hours per week, with occasional Saturdays
