Overview

Flowtec is partnered with a well-established manufacturing company specializing in engineered equipment for marine, offshore, and industrial markets. This Lead Engineer role spans engineering, sales, service, and manufacturing with excellent work-life balance in a streamlined environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design pumps and components using CAD/CAM software and finite element analysis.
  • Create 3D models and technical drawings using AutoCAD / AutoDesk Inventor.
  • Support manufacturing and repair operations.
  • Lead field service crews for installation, repair, and commissioning.
  • Conduct onsite troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Travel to customer sites for project execution.
  • Support sales team with technical specifications.
  • Work with application engineers on customer solutions.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and service teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years with centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment.
  • AutoCAD / Inventor proficiency (required).
  • Background with centrifugal pumps or compressors.
  • Experience with diesel engines and gas turbines preferred.
  • Comfortable in manufacturing environments and field work.
