Overview

The Installer Medical Equipment (TRAVEL) role involves safely assembling, erecting, and installing structural steel systems and related building components for Southwest Building Solutions projects, ensuring high-quality construction and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and erect pre-engineered metal building systems according to construction drawings and specifications.
  • Install roof systems, wall panels, trim, insulation, doors, windows, and vents.
  • Verify proper fit and alignment during installation.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and installation details.
  • Assist with structural steel alignment and final assembly.
  • Safely guide structural components during crane operations.
  • Assemble rigging and hoisting equipment following safety procedures.
  • Safely operate aerial lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and other construction equipment.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report deficiencies.
  • Complete work according to quality standards and project specifications.
  • Participate in punch list completion and final quality inspections.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout projects.
  • Load, unload, stage, and organize construction materials.
  • Communicate professionally with team members and clients.
  • Participate in company training and skills development opportunities.

Additional Information

  • Position operates primarily on active construction jobsites throughout Arizona.
  • May work overtime, weekends, and overnight travel as project schedules require.
