Job Description

Overview

At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems. We’re seeking engineering interns with an interest in Process / Building Mechanical Piping Design and Plumbing / Materials Engineering to join our Life Sciences North America team in various locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide system design calculations and related design services.
  • Coordinate with the designs of other trades under the guidance of Professional Engineers and Design Leads.
  • Help deliver and complete challenging and engaging projects.
  • Take ownership of the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of assigned work.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
  • Desire to design building mechanical systems, including Process & Mechanical Piping.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

  • The base salary range for this position is $47,300.00 to $60,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked.
