Overview

Join our team as a night shift, full-time, Maintenance Mechanic in Westwood, NJ. Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair hospital facilities, equipment, and building systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Maintain pneumatic tube, nurse call, and Code Blue systems.
  • Respond to routine and emergency maintenance requests.
  • Follow safety, infection prevention, and life-safety standards.
  • Document work in CMMS/work order systems.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid High Pressure Black Seal Boiler License.
