Responsibilities

  • Work on production lines and participate in professional development.

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial food manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible for enrollment at an accredited community college or trade school.
  • Available for a 1.5-year full-time commitment starting Nov 2026.
  • Previous exposure to mechanical or maintenance concepts is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
  • Desire to improve the workplace.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be flexible to work any shift.
