Overview

We are seeking a Field Calibration Technician to join our growing remote team at Ralliant Corporation. This field-based position involves performing precise calibrations at customer sites across diverse industries, offering extensive travel opportunities and the chance to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations in accordance with company procedures and applicable standards.
• Support a wide range of calibration disciplines with opportunities to cross-train.
• Accurately document calibration results with full compliance and traceability.
• Maintain calibration standards and report equipment issues as needed.
• Travel to customer sites, balancing local assignments with occasional overnight trips.
• Set up and support mobile calibration workstations and onsite labs.
• Communicate effectively with customers on service progress, technical needs, and scheduling.
• Engage in cross-training to grow skills across multiple disciplines.
• Share feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Adhere to safety protocols, SOPs, and calibration standards.
• Participate in audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain professional, audit-ready workspaces.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of calibration experience in a lab or field environment.
• Experience with RF/GP calibration is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for assignments with company-covered expenses.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and related calibration standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
• Must have active and valid driver's license.

Additional Information

• This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
• The salary range for this position is 23.46-43.56.
