Overview

The Inspector III position is part of the C4ISR team, which plays a crucial role in military defense and operational stability. The role involves inspecting electronic and mechanical systems to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Visually inspect in-process and completed products such as electronic units and subsystems.
  • Use various measuring devices and testing equipment.
  • Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
  • Work from blueprints, diagrams, and inspection instructions.
  • Monitor and verify quality in accordance with control procedures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least three to five years of experience in inspection of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
  • Hands-on experience using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Experience working within regulated environments like AS9100 or ISO 9001.
  • Experience maintaining detailed inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
  • Extensive experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Ability to collaborate with production teams and engineers.
