Overview
Linde Inc. is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to provide leadership and guidance for the safe and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites. The role involves training new technicians, solving field issues, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance for the operation of nitrogen producing plants.
- Assist with training and development of new technicians.
- Solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision.
- Interact with customers across various production plant types.
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities at plant locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors and control systems.
- Manage time effectively to complete operations and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate contractors and resources for plant activities and audits.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical education preferred.
- Strong practical skills and knowledge of production processes and plant equipment.
- Expertise in instrumentation, control, mechanical, and electrical maintenance.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly in verbal and written form.
- Proficiency in computers, Microsoft applications, and process control systems.
- Meet physical requirements including confined space entry and lifting up to fifty pounds.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and call-in coverage.

Additional Information
- Open to candidates based in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Eastern NY.
- Salary range is $93,150 - $136,620, depending on location and qualifications.
