Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install equipment according to SOPs and specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues for safe and efficient production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Fabricate, install, and modify equipment from prints.
• Repair, install, align, and operate pumps and mechanical systems.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Implement and follow safety protocols, including PPE and hazard assessments.
• Identify hazards and support safety programs.
• Maintain tools and work areas in safe and clean condition.
• Support production goals and equipment reliability with minimal supervision.
• Train and assist team members in a collaborative environment.
• Identify continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Participate in training and ongoing skill development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to maintain, repair, install, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment.
• Hands-on experience with pump repair, installation, and alignment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
• Working knowledge of safety practices including PPE and compliance procedures.
• Experience using standard maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and support production schedules.
• Physical capability to perform job duties including climbing and lifting.
