Overview

Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on enhancing productivity, sustainability, and agility for manufacturers. They are seeking a Full-Time Manufacturing Assembler Level 3 to join their diverse production team and assist in assembling servo motion control products.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
  • Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
  • Make setups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
  • Work on semi-routine assignments and recognize the need for occasional deviations from accepted practices.
  • Follow established procedures on routine work and require instructions only on new assignments.
  • Apply acquired job skills and company procedures to complete assigned tasks.
  • Work overtime as needed, typically requiring 5 to 10% of standard hours.

Requirements

  • A minimum of High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of verified related experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

  • This is a 1st Shift Position, Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • The starting rate is 22.55 per hour.
