Overview

A multi-disciplined engineering firm in NYC is seeking a New York Licensed Professional Engineer with strong structural restoration and project management experience. This position involves managing projects from proposal through completion while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structural assessments and investigations.
  • Design restoration and rehabilitation projects.
  • Prepare reports and specifications.
  • Manage projects from proposal through completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • New York Professional Engineer (PE) License.
  • 5+ years of structural engineering experience.
  • Experience in structural restoration and rehabilitation.

  • Strong knowledge of structural design, building codes, and construction.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
