Job Description
Overview
A multi-disciplined engineering firm in NYC is seeking a New York Licensed Professional Engineer with strong structural restoration and project management experience. This position involves managing projects from proposal through completion while coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structural assessments and investigations.
- Design restoration and rehabilitation projects.
- Prepare reports and specifications.
- Manage projects from proposal through completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
Requirements
- New York Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- 5+ years of structural engineering experience.
- Experience in structural restoration and rehabilitation.
- Project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of structural design, building codes, and construction.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
