Overview

Whirlwind Steel builds and delivers metal structures used by people and businesses every day. As a Production Helper, you'll be part of the team that turns raw materials into the parts that make those buildings possible.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside experienced team members to help keep production moving.
  • Learn different parts of the manufacturing process.
  • Assist in turning raw materials into finished parts.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills and ability to use/read measurements.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable working on your feet and in an active manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
  • Overhead crane experience is a plus.
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and work with different equipment.

Additional Information

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, starting at 6:00 AM; end time varies based on workload, typically between 4:30 - 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional weekends may be required based on business needs.
