Overview

Join a fast-paced, hands-on team responsible for building thousands of custom cable assemblies that support advanced engineering and machine development. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience in cable fabrication.

Responsibilities

  • Support engineering activities such as design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype electro-mechanical systems.
  • Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting functions.
  • Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
  • Assist in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions.
  • Assist in the design, test, and check-out of test equipment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly.
  • Experience building prototypes.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and performing wire preparation, crimping, and connector installation.
  • Skilled in using hand crimp tools, wire strippers, extraction tools, and soldering equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of lifting items weighing 20–50 pounds occasionally.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
