Overview

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes by ensuring accurate and timely assembly of parts, contributing to the overall success of our production team and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies during assembly operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks safely.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in electronics or mechanical assembly is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
