Overview

At Boeing, the H-47 Chinook Airframes team is seeking an Entry level Structural & Payload Design Engineer in Ridley Park, PA. The role involves conceptualizing new designs, creating detailed engineering for various platform variants, and supporting production and suppliers throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with documentation of structural and interior payload system requirements.
  • Assist with development, maintenance, and modification of payload system and component designs using CAD tools.
  • Assist with tests to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements.
  • Assist with management of supplier development, test, and production activities.
  • Work under close supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Material Sciences).
  • 1+ years of coursework or experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
