Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a Laborer - Pool Installation to join our growing team and help bring custom outdoor spaces to life. No prior pool experience is necessary, but a strong construction background and a willingness to learn are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the construction and installation of residential swimming pools
- Prepare job sites and materials for construction
- Perform hands-on construction, installation, and finishing work
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Follow plans, measurements, and project specifications
- Work alongside a team to keep projects moving on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Help troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions
- Take pride in delivering quality workmanship
Requirements
- Reliable, hardworking, hands-on, and ready to learn
- Previous construction, remodeling, landscaping, concrete, masonry, or installation experience
- Comfort working outdoors and in different job-site conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a dependable work history
- Pool construction experience is a plus, but not required
