Overview

At Globus Medical, the Senior Analyst, CNC Machine Programming role involves prototype fabrication to support product development for musculoskeletal disorders. The position emphasizes a culture of innovation and collaboration to improve surgical techniques and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CNC and manual machining equipment to fabricate models, prototypes, test parts, and low-volume production components.
  • Train, develop, and mentor new hires in machining processes and equipment operation.
  • Participate in design meetings, providing technical input and practical machining expertise.
  • Ensure all machines and measurement equipment are calibrated and maintained in compliance with quality systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of machines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with process and tooling development to support manufacturing operations.
  • Adhere to company Code of Conduct and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold ethical business practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in machining, tool and die making, or model making, with medical device industry experience required.
  • Extensive experience operating CNC and manual mills, lathes, and EDM machines.
  • Experience with Mastercam or other related CAM software is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven creativity and ability to contribute to design improvements.
  • Strong self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Working Hours: 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.
